Floating Points is one of 2009’s most hotly tipped artists with Benji B, Kode 9, Gilles Peterson, Jay Scarlett, Domu, Ashley Beedle and Mary Ann Hobbes all having fallen for his productions.

Masterminding Rinse FM’s pioneering ‘Mixed Nuts’ show, Alexander Nut is a force to be reckoned with in the UK’s ‘post-Dilla’ beat generation. A fully-fledged entrepreneur with a penchant for breaking fresh music, Alex Nut aka Alex Rogers also heads the All Young Kings music promotion machine, providing upfront music to a legion of DJs searching for that next beat.

Fatima’s angelic tones have been the subject of many blog pixels for those that know.
Setting tongues wagging via impromptu performances at many of the capital’s underground hotspots, Fatima was soon recording with the likes of Warp’s Hudson Mohawke (her ex flatmate!), Simbad, DJ Zinc and Si Begg and blessing the mic live at sessions everywhere from Glasgow to Cameroon.

Analog Renaissance are Nathan Allen, Alex Bonfanti, Miles James, Dominic Dadson. Individually, they’ve played for everyone from Faith Evans to Amy Winehouse. Don’t expect any pop here though! The Analog Renaissance project allows them an outlet for their sick fusion of Boogie, Hip-Hop, Soul and New Jack Swing.
