South London born Joseph Yianna was naturally drawn to creating music from an early age. After attending the Brit School to explore and nurture his talent, he set out on a global journey of musical and self discovery. During his travels, Joseph found himself immersed in various new cultures and ideologies which, along with his musical inspirations, have played a hand in shaping his unique, global, soul sound. Joseph draws his inspiration from artists like Gil Scott Heron, Bill Withers, and Lauryn Hill.
Joseph’s debut EP “I’ve Got Colours” is set for release in 2010.
